Please note that **knotted necklaces and gemstone pieces** require additional preparation time and may take **up to 7 business days** before they are dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Tracking is available for all shipping options except the **Brievenbuspakket** (letterbox delivery). --- ## Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, applicable import duties and taxes are **calculated and collected at checkout** where possible. This means no surprise charges upon delivery for most international destinations. For shipments to the **United Kingdom**, duties and taxes may be collected separately by the carrier or local customs authority upon arrival.
