SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our jewelry is handmade for you and therefore it can take up to 10 working days to receive your order. Our packages are sent with MyParcel - PostNL and will be sent with a secured shipment method.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
International: up to 21 business days with DHL
Please notice: duties and taxes assessed by customs are at the customer’s own expense.
We aim to offer you a quality custom-made piece of jewelry for a modest price because of our smaller margins. This is why we don't offer free delivery and do not participate in big offers or sales with our timeless pieces. We hope for your understanding.
Netherlands: € 4,50 for Letterbox mail (up to 100,-)
Track & trace + insurance 7,55 or 9,50 depending on the value.
Europe: € 12,95
International: Depending on which country around € 60,- with DHL. This will be shown at check-out
At LM we always aim to make our customers happy. Is your order not what you expected? Please let us know by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or styling advice. Do you wish to return your item? You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your package.
Items that are custom made can not be returned.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the costs and security of the return shipment. We strongly advise any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Simply follow the instructions below for returning your order.
- Send an email with a ‘request for return’ to email@example.com
Please make sure this is within 14 days after you’ve received the product, otherwise we cannot accept the return. In your return email, we would appreciate it if you would let us know what the reason for your return is.
- The items should be packaged in the original packaging and may not be used or damaged in any way.
- Shipping and costs are your responsibility
- Would you like to return outside of the Netherlands, contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to the address stated in the email you will receive from us
